Lam/Kuehnle: Sandhills Spring Wedding

Early April is the great equalizer. For two weeks everybody lives in a yellow house and drives a yellow car down yellow roads. When Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote "nature's first green is gold", I guess he was talking about pollen.
Ans so it was that Juliet Lamm and Edward Kuehnle, III were wed, providing a visual feast for weary eyes longing for something besides yellow.
Juliet Melbourne Lam became Edward Charles Kuehnle, III at Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Southern Pines on the overcast afternoon of April 5th.

For a bouquet, Juliet carried a double pomander of roses in shades of pink

The bridesmaids carried bouquets of white nad blush roses.

The wedding featured striking pew markers of mixed roses and baby's breath.

The reception at the always elegant Fair Barn in Pinehurst featured a variety of centerpieces from the understated bowl of hydrangea blooms...

...to colorful arrangements on tower vases filled with orchid sprays.

We at Maggie's Farm wish, albeit belatedly, all the best to the new Mr. & Mrs. Deward Kuehnle.
